Sure, The Samurai Poet hasn't been published yet and only two or three people on the planet have read the full manuscript, but I think one's first public review is still a noteworthy occasion. Yes, it was written by a friend, but don't let that throw you off. When you see how objective he is, you'll realize that he is as honest as his name.
The irony is that my first dose of free publicity comes exactly one day after I pulled a meaningful manuscript sample from the website authonomy. If you're interested in reading the first chapter at least, it's available here.
